c) RECALL then CP PC Pande, Joint CP MK Tandon, Addl CP Shivanand Jha, DCP Gondia, DCP Savani, DCP Jebalia, then PI (mow DYSP) KK Mysorewala, PI KG Erda, and others incuding NINE MEMBERS of the CHIEF MIN ISTER'S OFFICE (Three of them OP Singh, Sanjay Bhavsar and Tanmay Mehta) have filed hrried three page affidavits before the Commission in January this year but they have not deposed)

Then DGP Chakravarti, Home Sec Nityanandam too need to be examined as also some other leaders of the VHP/BJP who were in Conversation with Accused from Gulberg, Atul Vaidya.
