JOIN US NOW!

CJP has launched a forum: Friends of CJP. A quarterly bulletin would be its communication channel. (Please click here for March 2006 Newsletter of Friends of CJP) Among other things, the forum is intended to achieve two basic objectives:

One, to multiply CJP’s efficacy many times over, reinforcing the organisation through an all-India forum of Concerned Indians who identify with its objectives and activities.

Two, to realise the ideal that a citizen’s body whose work is so greatly appreciated by citizens across the country be sustained entirely through small, but regular contributions from those very citizens.

We invite YOU to join us in the fight for the Rule of Law and against Hate Politics.

For its current level of activities, CJP needs approximately Rs. 3 lakh per month. Top lawyers in the country have been handling our cases pro bono and as you can see from the summary of our audited accounts for 2002-03, 2003-04 and 2004-05, CJP’s establishment expenses are a bare minimum.

We urge you to become a member of ‘Friends of CJP’ and help CJP realise the dream of becoming an organisation of citizens, financed entirely by citizens.

Citizens For Justice & Peace in a Trust registered under The Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 with registration number F-25826/(Mumbai).
